Israel Adir Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RDT Group.
Mr. Adir founded the company in 1963, and developed it into one of Israel’s leading groups involved in the development, marketing and distribution of high-tech components, systems and products.
Mr. Adir holds a B. SC EE, from theTechnion-Israel Institute of Technology, ex-commander of the Israel Air Force School of Electronics. Member of the Board of Directors of the Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce, member of the Israeli Chapter of SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers), Chairman of the Electronics Representation Association of the Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the International Relations Department of the Israeli Hi-Tech Industries Confederation.
Tali Adir President and Chief Executive Officer of the group held several senior positions in the RDT Group, including establishing and managing the US subsidiary of RDT Components after she served as Vice President of Advantech Holdings (TASE: ADVT), a public investment fund focused on Israeli high-tech companies. Ms. Adir has also served as Vice President of Morgan Atlantic, a US-based international investment house.
Tali Adir holds a J.D. degree from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, and an L.L.M. degree in commercial arbitration from London University. She is a member of the Israeli and New York bars.
Avi Tiv General Manager , Former VP Sales & Marketing of the RDT Group Joined RDT in 1983 before then he served 12 years as the simulators and test equipment department manager in the Israeli air force.
Mr. Tiv holds a certified Practical Engineering degree from Ben-Gurion University.
Haim Jacob Financial Manager.
Haim Jacob has been with the RDT Group since 1982. As Financial Manager, he directs the financial aspects of the group’s relations with suppliers, customers and financial institutions. In addition, Mr. Jacob is responsible for the group’s risk management, including insurance and credit control. Before joining the RDT Group, Mr. Jacob conducted audits for several Israeli accounting firms. Mr. Jacob holds a B.A. degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
